Our client is an undisputed market leader in the trade and retail sectors.  A rare opportunity has arisen to lead their trade sales team in South Sydney.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager and managing a team of 8 trade sales representatives, you will focus on coaching and mentoring your team in managing their accounts.  Specifically this will include one on one time on a daily basis, developing relationships with key stakeholders in the business to support your team and ultimately working closely with your reps to ensure their success.

Ideally you have gained your sales management experience in the trade, frame & truss or building sectors and are passionate about leading, coaching and mentoring a sales team.  With high energy levels, you lead by example and are now looking to join a large Australian organisation that genuinely values its employees.  Above all, you are self-motivated, professional, articulate and friendly – and passionate about this fast moving industry!
